    Welcome Timo Lassy!

    We would like to officially welcome Timo Lassy to our booking roster!

    Timo Lassy plays the saxophone like he means it. Everyone who listens to him understands that he is fully committed to his art, no matter what the context.
    The latest musical adventure of Timo Lassy is an album called “Trio“, released in August 2021 on the Finnish label We Jazz Records. The trio mentioned in the title consists of Ville Herrala on double bass and Jaska Lukkarinen on drums. On the album, Lassy expands the sound of his regular lineup by including strings and electronic elements. The live experience brings out the essence of the band (hence the album title) and is a testament to the eternal joy of making music together on stage.

    Bookable as TRIO with Timo Lassy (saxophone), Jaska Lukkarinen (drums) & Ville Herrala (bass) or as DUO with Teppo Mäkynen (drums). Booking area is Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Eastern Europe.
