Markus Stockhausen Group – New album “CELEBRATION” [o-tone music / Edel Kultur] at the beginning of 2024!

On April 5th the new album “CELEBRATION” of the Markus Stockhausen Group will be released by o-tone music / Edel Kultur.

From April 24-28, 2023 Markus Stockhausen recorded his new multiple album in the Fattoria Musica near Osnabrück. In addition to the regular line-up of Markus Stockhausen (flugelhorn/tp), Jeroen van Vliet (piano, synthesizer), Jörg Brinkmann (cello) and Christian Thomé (drums), several guest soloists were also involved in the production of the album: Tamara Lukacheva (voc), Rabih Lahoud (voc), Ngyên Lê (e-git), Mateusz Smoczyński (vio), Levan Andria (cello), and Bodek Janke (drums).

Many new compositions by Markus and the other musicians of the group, as well as numerous free improvisations, let us expect a varied, exciting album.

The project can be booked with all guest soloists from fall 2024 for festivals and big concerts, but also already now with single guest soloists. Feel free to contact us with your booking inquiries!
