Fjarill Midsommar Release Tour in April – August 2021

Many of our artists use this special time for their creative process to play their new songs and albums in front of an audience after the Corona time. Just like our dreamy Swedish-South African duo Fjarill.

The sympathetic duo is currently in the last stages of their new album “POËSI” and are already absolutely looking forward to releasing it next spring 2021!
The special feature of their meanwhile 8th album are the lyrics. Aino Löwenmark and Hanmari Spiegel have set texts by the Swedish poet and Nobel Prize winner Per Lagerkvist and the German lyricist Nelly to music and adapted them to their unique Fjarill sound.

After the release in spring 2021 on Butterfly Records/Indigo, a release tour is planned for April- August 2021. For festivals and bigger stages of any kind Fjarill can be booked as a trio, quartet or even quintet. The duo can be extended with accordion, guitar, cello, bass and drums, but concerts have also been played as an octet with additional singers.
From now on we are looking for performance possibilities for the release tour in April-August 2021 – also in churches – and summer festivals 2021. We are looking forward to your booking requests!
