John Beasley presents his new album ‘INVISIBLE PIANO’ (release: 8 May 2026) live with the SWR Big Band in Stuttgart

Pianist and composer John Beasley, the multi-award-winning Grammy Artist, will present his new album ‘INVISIBLE PIANO’ (release date: 8 May 2026, o-tone music /edelKultur) live for the first time on Saturday, 28 February and Sunday, 1 March 2026, together with the SWR Big Band in Stuttgart.

Invisible Piano is more than an album, it is a haunting portrait of musical alchemy – where echoes become structure, forms become sound and fantasy becomes reality. The album contains five original compositions and two arrangements. The SWR Big Band, based in Stuttgart, is one of Europe’s leading jazz orchestras and is known for its world-class musicality, stylistic versatility and collaboration with leading artists from around the world. ‘Invisible Piano’ is the ensemble’s second album with John Beasley following their critically acclaimed project ‘Bird Lives,’ which received three GRAMMY nominations and won Best Arrangement in 2021.

On 27 March 2026, the single ‘Fire and Rain’ by John Beasley and the SWR Big Band, composed by James Vermont Taylor, will be released.
