Today, Daniel Stelter’s new album “Wooden Songs” (o-tone music/edel Kultur) is released. A total of fifteen one-take tracks take us on a sonic journey through forests, vineyards, and over the Alps to the Bosphorus. Daniel Stelter’s sensitive guitar playing meets Michael Paucker’s acoustic bass and Tommy Baldus’s distinctive percussion, together creating an organic, almost speech-like soundscape. The vocal editions by Fola Dada and Menna Mulugeta lend new dimensions full of soul and confidence to the instrumental pieces “Palatina Dawn” and “Common Ground”. “Wooden Songs” is Stelter’s seventh album and a tribute to the natural material wood. Listen now and experience the timeless sound!
